Objective

A major UK telephone company had trapped M&P into a restrictive 5-year contract and was pressuring them to accept an additional 5-year deal. The SIP platform they provided was no longer supported and was coming to an end, which was the telephone company’s justification for them to sign a new contract.

Solution

We created a new cloud-based Xelion phone system. The new system not only satisfied the existing criteria of the current phone system but vastly improved upon it. It also offered additional features & improvements such as "Call Recording" at no additional cost. The new contract we provided was a more realistic 2 year length.

Outcome

After working and supporting M&P to challenge their current supplier on the basis that their existing contract was now void, M&P was able to save over £100 per month on services and were provided with a future-proof phone system that integrated their 2 sites. Also, the flexibility and freedom to change providers after 2 years with highly compatible VoIP handsets (the handsets can be used with many different VoIP platforms).
