Objective
To enable document collaboration on a single cloud solution for all users. Documents needed to be easily accessible wherever in the UK whilst training onsite and remaining compliant with GDPR.
Solution
Microsoft SharePoint was commissioned to enable all users with varying levels of access to collaborate, with custom branding to fit in with the corporate colours and logo. Mobile devices where setup to upload documents straight to the cloud to save time.
Outcome
All users can now successfully access their documents using a single sign in, across all machines.
